Whenever I face any problem, there is only one face that comes to mind, and I am sure all the other members will unanimously agree on that name; that of  "Malathi".

She brings an admiring level of warmth and understanding in her communications. Malathi is just phenomenally superb. No words to appreciate her talents.

A superhuman and a superpower in herself, Malathi seems to have 48 hours in a day. She has all the answers and the temperament to deal with everyone and anyone! My immense gratitude to you Malathi for being so supportive, humble and generous, from being an account manager when I was a customer to being the most giving colleague when I came on this side of the team. Simple awesome experience working with her. 

She and I joined the Digitalmarket marketplace community since its inception a year ago.

I was a Nube in this field and started learning from scratch. The amount of tutoring and resources Gaurav Gurbaxani was delivering everyday was quite overwhelming when I started. It took me time to get used to his whirlwind powered quantum of knowledge transfer and I had to look for some hand-holding. Malathi came as my go-to person. 

Not only she was prompt in extending her help with clarity, she has an unending level of patience to listen and a passion for solving problems. All she was doing while executing her own heavy assignments for her large number of clients.

I'm simply awestruck seeing her super efficiency. 

If you are ever confused about anything related to a gig, then your first thought should be to ask Malathi.

I might not be wrong if I say that she might the powerhouse behind this whole DM community.

From managing support to handling clients, she handles everything flawlessly.

Plus even at this level, she has a great attitude and always puts her work first, before anything.

Malathi is a warm, wonderful human being. Her calm demeanor and helping character combine with massive focused action, which gets results. She reminds me of the duck which looks so graceful, peaceful from above water ... and works energetically and incessantly behind the scenes. Malathi is the de facto go-to person in our DigitalMarket,com Community. I admire her influence and keep her as my role model in my heart. Her achievements encourage me to push on one more time.

I know Malathi through the 5 am club we had few months back. I have always admired her smile, calm but resilence and a neat coordination from behind the screen especially the zoom calls.
